Many inspectors design their report for speed so that they can get in 2 inspections in a day. This is absurd, considering the complexities of the homes inspected and then properly conveying the findings to the client. Please take a look at the 3 sample reports linked below.

Those 2 reports are not worth the paper they are printed on. Many of the inspectors who use these types of reports are the same ones referred by real estate agents trying to sell the house.
