Evidence of rodents, mostly mice, are often found in attics and basements. Aside from potential health hazards, mice can inflict another hazard, that being damage to electrical wiring. Mice have to gnaw on hard items in order to keep their teeth from becoming too long. Unfortunately, electrical non-metallic insulated wiring can be one of those items.
