Evan of Able Home Inspection is deserving of this 5-star review for his customer service, overall knowledge and professionalism. Evan showed up promptly and began working immediately, thoroughly examining every nook and cranny of the home my wife and I were planning to purchase.

His goal was not to prove his worth by pointing out every menial detail to the home that was wrong, but to educate us on what he found so we knew what we were buying and there were no surprises after the fact.

Having worked with a handful of home inspectors in the past, Evan was by far the best. He promptly sent his report that evening, which he took the time to prepare and was not some boiler plate template that discussed topics that did not even apply to our home like some of the others we had worked with.

About The Home Inspection:

A 2000 sq. ft. home usually requires around 3 hours on site, the report and photo editing done off site requires around 2 to 3 hours. The report is e-mailed within 5 hours after the inspection.

The inspection fee depends on the type, size and age of the building, but a quote will be sent to you before an appointment is set. The average fee is around $700. Remember, you’re not paying just for time, the more experienced the home inspector, the more knowledge you gain about the home.
