It doesn't take a rocket scientist to determine that this electrical junction
box is overcrowed and you would likely guess that it was done by a homeowner. However, it was actually done
by a licensed contractor under a building permit and signed off by the local municipal inspector.
So the next time someone says; "oh, don't bother getting a home inspection because the local municipal
has signed off on the house", you should think about this signed off work.
