When inspecting heating systems, most good home inspectors will review
the service tags left by the heating technicians. This helps the inspector render a more complete report
of the heating system condition. The photo below shows part of one such service tag. It's appears the service
technician was frustrated servicing an old boiler and got tired of itemizing all the parts he had to use.
